NEWS!!!

Time of Year

The time of year is Winter. It snows often, littering the ground in a brilliant white. THe temperature is cold, and metal armor is not recommended. Boiled Netch Leather, Cloth, Leather, or Chitin are all good coices for the situation. Winter will pass in one month. And roleplays started in winte will finish in winter, unless specified otherwise. Even if the roleplay continues through spring.

News/Updates

Okay, I finally got the board finished. Read the rules before anything, the board is called "Rules and News". Read the News if you want to as well. To create a profile, go to the profile board. Read the profile rules, and use the profile form. If you don't know what some of the things are in the form, or you haven't played Morrowind before, it's not a problem. There is a "Races" board in the of the forums. Chat, profile, and Rules and News, News Sub-board. Go to the link specified, and read up a little. It's not all that complicated when you start to understand what it means.

Morrowind
Ascadian Isles
[ ]Vivec (10 sub-boards)
The grand City Of Vivec, home to Vivec, and the largest city in Morrowind. The Morog Tong Guild resides here, as well as the home of the Fighters guild. There is a mages guild, though it is not the main one. Vivec is so large that it is divided into seperate cantons: The foreign Quarter, The Hlaalu, the Telvanni, The Redoran, the Arena, The St. Delyn, The St. Olms, The Temple, The Palace, The Puzzle Cantons, and flying above the Temple is the Ministry of Truth.

A military outpost, and the home of many small guilds, this is the only town that has a mage that can transport you to Mournhold. This town is the only way to get to Mournhold, due to the fact that boats are immediately turned away. The blight in Morrowind is the primary reason for that, though there are other, smaller reasons as well.

An Orc infested Daedric ruin. One of the few hiding places of a propylon index, and the sacred hiding place of the left Daedric guantlet of Dagoth Ur.
Moderator: Dre Sumani

[ ]Bal Fel
Another Orcish ruin, this daedric structure is infested with blood-thristy vampires. None have ever made it to the center of the area and lived to tell it. Some have been seen coming out with a look of victory on their faces. Only to wait a second or two before the look was torn away by a ravaging pack of Cliff Racers. There's something strange about this ruin, after all; Cliff Racers don't travel in packs...

The Daedra Vampiric ruins of the Ascadian Isles, this area has the most heavily guarded entrance in all of Morrowind. Hundreds of Daedra, Vampires, Cliff Racers, Orcs, Nords, and Skeletal warriors guard the entrance, wandering and looking around for the next prey. The creatures are obviously controlled by some sort of Necromancer, as they are far too smart to have their own free will. If you manage to gain entrance, it is said that the Necromancer can be found in the catacombs, deep beneath the ruins.

Bitter Coast
[ ]Seyda Neen
This is the main boating port to Morrowind from other continents. It contains the Morrowind Census Office, a silt strider, but no boat. The only boat leading out leads to Tamriel, where it branches out to the other continents.

[ ]Pelagiad
This is the military fort of the Bitter Coast. To the north is Lake Amaya, and the Fields of Kummu, and to the East is the Dren Plantation.

[ ]Lake Amaya (2 sub-boards)
This is the gigantic Lake Amaya. To the north are the Fields of Kummu, and one of the legandary temple pedestals. To the southeast is the Dren Plantation, where you can find a plentiful supply of netch and netch leather. There is said to be a sunken ship somewhere among the seaweed at the bottom, but so far, no one had ever found it.

[ ]Hla Oad
A small village barely worth visiting unless you have business. Coomposed of mainly housings, there is only one trader. His shop is 'Fatleg's Drop-off', and sells many items, though none that can't be found elsewhere. His main array of items inlude potions and food, but if you ask specifically for 'certain items' then you may just find what you want. After all, why exactly does a common trader have need for an underground catacomb running for kilometers underground filled with miners and criminals?

[ ]Balmora (1 sub-board)
A beautiful riverside village. It has a quite a few guild outposts and shops. The Mages' Guild, the Fighters' Guild, the South Wall Cornerclub which is the front for the theives guild, the rival of the theives guild which is the Commona Tong, whose front is the Council Club, and the Morog Tong guild, which is the guild of assassins. There is a trader, clothier, armorer, and pawnbroker, as well as this town being the Hlaalu Main House. The Blades, the Emperor's personal guild, and protection also holds root here, though they don't accept just anyone who asks. You must first prove yourself before you can join.

[ ]Caldera (1 sub-board)
The small village of Caldera is located just North of Balmora, and slightly to the east. There is a mage guild outpost here, and the local Tavern is 'Shenk's Shovel'. The strangest part of the town is also a favorite of Travelers who have a rare item and wish to sell it. Inthe Ghorak Manor, there is a Daedra Scamp that buys items. His total amount of gold is second to only the Mudcrab Merchant, who is very hard to find. Creeper is the Scamp's name, and his total gold is Five Thousand, easily enough to quench the thirst of most adventerers.

[ ]Khuul (1 sub-board)
Khuul is a small fishing village, but is very important to the miltary because it is the only transportarion across the ocean to get to Solstheim and Fort Frostmoth.

Unless, of course... You'd rather swim.

[ ]Gninis
This is a small military outpost located in the deep West Gash region. Fort Darius is located here, and the Deathshed Battalion as well. The battalion itself isn't properly named in most people's opinion, as all they do is guard the small town from the cave rats and cliff racers that often come through.

[ ]Ald Velothi
A quiet, small seaside fishing village. They come under constant raids from kidnapping Ashlanders, and are often killed in ashland rituals, though the Ashlanders are not always evil, merely beleiving that they are protecting the villagers by doing this.

Vos is just south of the miltary fort, Tel Vos, the housing of Telvanni Master Aryon. Vos has many services, including a Tribunal Priest at the Vos Chapel, whose name is Eldrilu Dalen, and a tradehouse, called The Varo Tradehouse. There, you can rent beds, and buy food and supplies. The town itself can be reached by boat from Tel Mora, but the boats of the two towns are less than a quarter Kilometer away from each other. It only costs five drakes to take a boat, but some prefer to swim. There is of course, the odd slaughterfish to worry about, but the local guard kills those when reported.
